What does this mean

I'm not sure what this means. But here's what happened last night. I decided to open up a bible and read the whole book of luke since it was an assignment for a class. While reading it I had discovered that i had been going at faith all wrong. That i had to worship jesus and only through him that i could reach heaven. It changed me so much last night and I prayed for a relationship with jesus and for him to change my life. About a few hours later lust struck me and i was about to fall into temptation and i knew it was happening and i couldn't stop it but than i quickly prayed and literally right before I fell into temptation a video was posted on a facebook wall. About sexual temptations and it had saved me that night. So before i went to bed i had prayed thanking jesus and for him to help me with my lust addiction.

This morning i had woken up and i was still laying in bed very sleepy and I got either a vision or maybe i fell back asleep for a short 10 minute nap or somthing. But this is what happened in the vision there was a very beautiful girl sitting on the side of a curb. Her head was down for some reason i decided to go sit next to her. The second i sat down she turned and grabbed me really quickly and said. Now i will show you something you have never seen before and it felt like i fell down to hell, but i fell into like a castle that was in hell and landed on a HUGE table that was very long it had a whole bunch of heads laying on it that all just started looking at me. At 1 end of the table was a normal looking man just staring at me but somehow i knew he wasnt a man but i got the feeling he was the devil. On the other end of the table i saw a small wooden chest just sitting there. I yelled out help me master and then I saw a bright white light coming from that chest I ran over to it and opened it and there were 2 things in it that looked almost the same. (Ill put picture at bottom). Anyways as soon as i grabbed them i woke up. It was so wierd im so confused right now. What just happened? Just a bad dream or what.

The 2 things in the chest looked like this. Except on one the cross was made of Ruby on the Second it was made of Diamond. Also the grey things are lil stones and the whole piece was made of silver. Square is just a hole thru the thing.

I always come to God my Father in Jesus name...
It pleases the Father when we honor His son and come through Christ.

Father in Jesus name I ask that you bless my brother in the Lord and that
you bring your peace and Holy spirit into His life and that you would
lead him to a great group of people who will love him and instruct him
in the truth and the blessings of the Lord. Keep him safe
from fear, doubt and all evil and give him Your every blessing.
In Jesus name I pray.....

Now get into a Bible believing church that believes all of the New testament
and not pieces of it and that believe that you can have a real and personal relationship
with God in Christ and that healing and miracles are just as real
as the one who still performs them, Jesus Christ and learn about this
relationship you have started with God the Father through Jesus Christ
when you prayed and received Christ as your savior.

Whatever is from God, God will make known to you so don't worry so
much about the dream but instead run into God through a relationship
in Jesus Christ and in God's timming, He will reveal Himself to you in greater ways.

Hello Albert,

First off welcome to the family. That is so awesome that you found Christ. The Holy Spirit now dwells within your heart now, and Jesus will help guide you.

On the other side of the coin, the devil is angry. He has lost you and he will do anything to put you under his thumb again. Only difference is that you can call on the name of Jesus for deliverance, peace, comfort, and strength during your trials.

John 10:10
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

As for your dream, I believe it was meant to get your attention of the depth of the spiritual battle your soul is in the middle of.

The battle of lust is a difficult one, but now you have Jesus to call on. Even when you do fall to sin, the Lord will help pick you back up and with repentance in your heart, he will caste your sin from the east is to the west. Does this mean you can keep sinning? Not at all, but it does mean that you are now training/disciplining yourself to help overcome it. It will take time, but each fall is a chance to learn your weaknesses that the devil uses against you.

You can overcome lust by the power of Christ, but it will take time. One battle at a time. So never give up hope and stay in the Lord's presence. He will teach you and encourage you.

If the Lord can help me break away from 13 year porn addiction. He can set you free too!

It's common for new believers to be harrassed by the devil and/or his crew. I'm glad you called out to God, for even things of the mind could be put there by the devil.

As for the dream, that is really interesting isn't it? What I always say when helping with interpretation is that I can only give ideas and the dreamer is the only one who can say, "Yes that makes sense to me", or "no, that doesn't seem right."

First let me share that the brain uses dreaming as a way to file away experiences, or to sort through recent events (esp that day's) so it can "file them away." Your salvation experience is obviously an impressive event for you (and should be!) and it's new so the brain may not have any other such memories with which to file these new ones.

But God also uses dreams to help us solve problems or feel good about our experiences.

It sounds like you, consciously, knew you were bound for hell and that you had to call out (Master!) to God for salvation (help!) which He did respond positively. The items you describe are really neat, to me, for a dream. That there is a cross is easy to relate to, right? Rubies and silver... they must mean something to you...but a study in Scripture will help I think.
To me, they are vaguely shaped like a door knob hanger. So maybe it's that "door" where Jesus knocked and you opened, and now you're behind the door of the cross...

I think..you had a dream? Not all dreams mean something lol. You were thinking about sexual things before you went to sleep, it's only natural that would be what you dream about. /shrug

"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it (I Cor 10:13).

We dismiss Yahweh's way of escape sometimes but you didn't. That's great!

This morning i had woken up and i was still laying in bed very sleepy and I got either a vision or maybe i fell back asleep for a short 10 minute nap or somthing. But this is what happened in the vision there was a very beautiful girl sitting on the side of a curb. Her head was down for some reason i decided to go sit next to her. The second i sat down she turned and grabbed me really quickly and said. Your dream had meaning, and it was revelatory showing you exactly where you were (and going then) and NOW where you are and going in JESUS' KINGDOM!

The woman represented lust to you (in the dream) I think everyone here agrees with that.
She drags you down to her castle (really hell). We learned when we do street ministry that GOD leads and the devil drives/drags.
Note: JESUS led by the SPIRIT into the wilderness see Matthew 4:1
Demons drove the demon possessed man into the wilderness.
For Jesus had commanded the evil spirit to come out of the man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was chained hand and foot and kept under guard, he had broken his chains and had been driven by the demon into solitary places/wilderness. Luke 8:29

All the heads looking at me. All the others that have been bound or are currently bound without JESUS to rescue deliver them. As only JESUS can deliver you or any of us!

He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, See Colossians 1:13

On one end was an ordinary man, but you've already received insight that it was the devil and the other end of the table was the chest (real value) that you wanted.

The chest represents the Kingdom, where everything of JESUS becomes yours (all things are yours 1 Corinthians 3:21)
JESUS spoke of this Kingdom being like a buried treasure, worth everything and more, once you find it, as you now have! Praise JESUS!

This Kingdom of JESUS, starts to replace everything that was lost when we follow Adam (follow our sinful parent, and now we follow JESUS).
Adam represents us in the Old Way of life, and JESUS represents us in this New Covenant!

The Kingdom of GRACE/LOVE, now changes us and we start to live the life, yes abundant life that it gives. Like getting us back into the promise land (which is JESUS now), or the garden of Eden again.
All was lost in one garden, but all was won back in another!

"...in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering: The ruby, the topaz and the diamond..." Ezekiel 28:13

In JESUS is all wisdom and power and majesty! You are now his child and apprentice to become everything (I mean everything) HE is!
And when you put on HIM (as your armor, Ephesians 6:11) every piece is JESUS, you are ready to see HIM change both you and the world around you, by HIS great LOVE.

When you take JESUS and HIS KINGDOM, the lights come on and you wake up out of your stupor and sleep.

Wake up, O sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.
Ephesians 5:14

Great Dream! Keep asking HIM (JESUS) to speak to you both in dreams, visions, bible reading etc...because HE will! HE does for me, and many others here in this forum too!

friend, you have an extremely vivid imagination.. that can be a wonderful thing.. but, it can also be a nuisanse.. the good news, is that you are open minded to pretty much anything.. such as the war going on right now in the Heavenly places.. the only problem that i can foresee.. is that the devil could use these sort of questionable images to distract you from the goal.. and of course the goal is God's will and plan for each of us, as well as humanity as a whole.. honestly, when you really think about this dream.. how would it possibly fit into God's plan.. we need to view all things in retrospect to the cross.. also, God cannot be contained to a box, or even a dream.. even the Light(Shakina Glory) of God cannot be concieved much less seen.. as we learn from the story of moses on the mountain.. please make Jesus the standard for your life.. focus on the Lord. and when anything else comes to thought.. again, look at it in light or retrospect of God's word.. hey, i love you my friend.. keep up the good fight... in Christ Jesus... dale

friend, forget about the dream. Sometimes the imagination can be quite vivid. The only thing you need remember / be concerned with is that the word of GOD is truth in its entirety:

1. “The Lord [is] gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, And of great mercy.” - Pss 145:8

2. The Lord JESUS CHRIST is Faithful and True and has said / promised that HE will never leave nor forsake HIS own - Heb_13:5, and

3. It is impossible for GOD to lie -Heb_6:18

Keep watching and praying - that is reading the word of GOD and praying without ceasing (1 Thess 5:17)
