What does this mean???

I wanted to ask a question about measuring. I went in to the doctor yesterday. As you can see in my sig, I am 34 and 1/2 weeks. Well I have been measuring perfect every visit. Until yesterday. Doc says I am measuring 36 to 37 weeks oh boy, I'm not sure what that means. I think baby had a growth spurt or something. I told him I am very scared of delivering a large baby. My son was almost 9 lbs and I thought I was gonna die. So an ultra sound will be given in 2 weeks to see how big baby is. If he is getting too large, we just might have a baby sooner than later. Please keep us in your prayers. I am getting really nervous and scared. But I am blessed beyond measure. Any of you ladies had this happen? What does it mean?

I measured large last week, but then this week, I was the same size. If your doc was concerned about it, chances are he or she would let you know.

I'm the opposite, I'm measuring small. At 37 weeks, I was measuring 33. No worries though, I'm just going to have a small baby (under 7lbs).

I measured large last week, but then this week, I was the same size. If your doc was concerned about it, chances are he or she would let you know.

I don't think HE is worried, I was but I feel better knowing that this isn't anything to worry about. Thank you so much. Maybe that is why he is giving me a ultrasound in 2 weeks. Maybe baby is just big.

Doesn't mean a thing. I think I measured 39 weeks at my 40 week appointment and then my son was born the next day (not to scare you ) a whopping 9lbs 12oz!

Well I feel alot better and I'm not gonna worry.
