I am SO glad that the first post was the perfect and typical right wing response; whether the poster is right wing or not.


Someone on the right is charged, is shown to have CLEARLY (or likely) has done somehting wrong; dude was charged with a crime. I don't know of ANY liberals...HECK even ANTIFA that have got that charged with Sedition. I don't recall the charge coming up after BLM riots too.

And the first reaction is "Well, liberals do it too".
I mean...it's not even true?!? Why post that?

I love it because it's such a microchosm of how they NEED to understand the world because the ugly truth that hteir side is trying to breakdown democracy isn't something they want to consider.

I made it clear in my post that what wing you were was actually irrelevant because it is a CLEAR pattern of behaviour amongst the right wing. If they respond at all to this thread, I expect it to just really expand on your point.

That's actually the reality of it. Some call it "whataboutism", but I call it "equal protection of law". People on one side of the political divide repeatedly storm government buildings to interrupt government functions and are never charged with "seditious conspiracy". Yet when a group on the other side does the same thing they are.

I admit my ignorance on the aforementioned subjects and that's why I was hoping you'd be willing to put ANY the effort to ACTUALLY compare them instead of (again the right winger blaming the lefty) blaming MY confirmation bias.
