It seems pretty straightforward. May be God's way of reassuring her of his deep love for you, or another's/ others deep love for you that is based in his love, not something superficial.

It means that if GOD needs to speak to you, HE will directly, not through your mom.

A whole heap of people over the centuries have made really bad choices because they listened to someone else instead of searching it out with GOD and waiting on the answer from Him directly.

I believe God can speak to your mom about you. He speaks to me about others, including family, and vice versa. The thing is that He needs to confirm that word to you. I've had others tell me they've dreamt of me and gave me their interp and sometimes I knew exactly what it spoke of because it was so right on with what was going on with my life, but their interp was somewhat, or quite off. Other times they were on, which I may have seen then, or later.

Sometimes people in our dreams represent others, or a part of us.
The thing is whether it is a dream or vision from God, a word of knowledge, a prophesy, an interp of scripture, the Lord's Spirit needs to confirm his Word to us.

God does use others in our lives, but He expects us to ultimately hear from Him foremost.

I would bring this up to the Lord in prayer because this dream may also indicate your mom's desire of her heart to see you happily married to a godly man. If it does not resonate with you in your heart, I would let it fall to the ground.
