I wouldn't take what this guy says seriously. I asked the Lord to reveal give me some insight about whether or not this guy was true. I mean, if he's foreal I want to take heed at what he's saying, but if not then I want to steer clear away from him. This is the dream the Lord gave me:
I was in an old house of mine where I grew up. My wife was in the living room on the couch w/a stange man; I didn't know who he was. Naturally I decided to take her away from him and take her to be w/me alone in another room of the house. We made our way to my mother's old room and then the scene changed; It changed from a "calm caution" to a "suspensful adrenaline." All of a sudden there these HUGE beasts around the house; One Bird (outside) and a Cat. The cat had me cornered in my mom's bathroom and I was fighting with everything I had to kill him. I had a knife in my left hand and would stab the cat's paw when it got through the door. I remember being able to kill the cat after a "Brown Gopher" came to help. The Gopher appeared by entering the bathroom underneath the door. I had a warm and friendly smile. We communicated without using words and the message was that he and some friends of his were going to help me fight off a "lion."
The next dream I had was:
I was going from one place to another and I was following someone. I started driving my car following this man on the road. For some reason I swerved into the middle of the road (the turning lane) and was about to start driving on the wrong side (into oncoming traffic). I then knew that it was better that I go back to the right side of the road because I'm not supposed to drive on the wrong side. That's also the side the man was going.
Here's the interpretation:
House - My dwelling place; Where I am in my walk.
Wife - Covenant; This represents my covenant with Christ.
Strange man - demonic force that is trying to defile my covenant w/the Lord.
Huge Cat - Major Deception; I was fighting against it because in reality, I was fighting to determine whether or not this 'Deckard' guy is foreal. The fact that I defeated the cat shows that I wasn't going to choose to buy into him.
Bathroom - Cleansing
Brown + Gopher - Brown is repentance (or a change of mind). I almost believed this guy but knew it was better to weigh what he was saying. The Gopher could represent something or someone that aided me in fighting off this deception.
The lion - Satan. Ultimately it's the devil that is behind all major deception because the bible say that he "prowls around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour."
The other dream is pretty simple:
The Man - Christ (I got really good feelings about following Him).
The Road - The path that I'm Following Him on. It's like the Lord is saying "You're headed in the right direction don't worry. I know you we're thinking about going this other way but it's the WRONG way. Get back to doing what you were doing."
I'm not saying that I don't think God is going to judge this country; No Way! I know that the condition of this country is already on the Lord's bad side. I'm just saying this guy's doctrine about keeping the Law of Moses, only Law abiders are His children and having people "sit at his feet" is completely false. The only thing that kept going through my mind after these dreams was "For many false prophets will come in My name saying I am the Christ and will decieve many." Remember, the devil can do miracles too; albeit false miracles. Let us not be led astray by being "Tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine."

I'd like to know why, some of these so called prophit'$, believe America is the end of all, spiritually? Really I would. Do they believe that God somehow only works for America? That America has some kind of secret anointing?
Since Adam and Eve, alright., after Noah, mankind has been sinning, and doing a pretty good job of it.

Hasn't there been times in history, and if we were there, we would have thought the end was coming?

Glory cloud!!!! Looking like someone smoking a Camel.

The only glory cloud I endorse is the one we'll be in at The Gathering Together {Rapture}.

1Co 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Yes, the door of salvation will close. When? I don't know and neither does anyone else. So what's the most important message a prophet can speak?
You got it. It Is the Message Of Peace. Romans 10:9,
Not the peace the world giveth, and surly not it's fear........................

This guys full of sensational spiritual bible slammen dug he dreamed up to make money on the club prophecy.........
He does not itch my ears.
Ask God if he should itch yours.

Truly our fellowship is with Him.....................

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
I John 4:1

He predicted 9/11 two years in advance.

He predicted the end of the Cold War a year before it happened.

He predicted the coming of the AIDS epidemic two years before it hit.

He predicted both Iraq Wars two years before the first one even began.

He predicted the fall of the Berlin Wall.

He predicted the Indonesian Tsunami and told the people living there to move from the coast while they could.

But people didn't listen.

Can you post any links that will help verify that any of these predictions were actually made before the events occurred?

Here are the last 3 paragraphs from his website. They are at the bottom of the page

http://www.jewishprophet.com/End%20Time%20Messenger/Warning.htm

The blood that Yeshua (Jesus) shed was our ticket to permit us to enter into Heaven. If the blood of Yeshua (Jesus) was enough in itself to protect us, then we as Christians would not have to worry about sickness or plague. The problem is His blood was not enough. Christians are sick and not protected as those who kept the Law were in the days before Yeshua (Jesus) came.

They needed the blood of Yeshua (Jesus) and we today as Christians need the Law that they have. The proper application of the blood that the children of G-d need for these latter days is to keep the Commandments and have the covering of the blood of Yeshua (Jesus). That will let the plagues pass over you and yours. Then we will be able to proclaim the 91st Psalm as ours.

The key is to find a prophet and listen to what he tells you and then do it. You need to find a seasoned prophet and not someone trying to be or hoping to be. You need to find a prophet with a track record that shows they are hearing from G-d. True prophets of G-d will tell you what is coming, how it will come, and what it will do.
I think that's pretty telling. Put your faith in the law, and in a prophet.

I agree with Premillenial on this. I attended one of Deckard’s talks in my home town this weekend, and he spoke about going back to the Old Testament law in observing the sabbath, feasts and festivals, etc. He justified it by quoting Deut. 7:9 in which God states he would keep his covenant with the people for a thousand generations. Since one generation is 40 years, Deckard states this means God’s covenant with our ancient forefathers would last 40,000 years. Therefore, the Old Testament law still applies. He further supports his stance in saying that the Jewish people are very wealthy and prosperous because they still observe the Sabbath and feasts, etc. Keep in mind that Deckard is a professed born-again Christian.

This gospel that he’s preaching is contrary to the Word. Specifically, Jesus said to not let anyone tell you how to observe the Sabbath. Further, Hebrews 9 and Galatians 6 tell us specifically that God’s laws are spiritual and that he replaced the old covenant with a new and better one. That the Law was a schoolmaster to keep us in line until the promise of God in Abraham was fulfilled. The Law never made anyone holy. It did the exact opposite, and made sinners. However, the law of faith makes one holy and righteous before God.

In reference to the above, Acts 15 states,“[28] For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;[29] That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

The legal definition of the word “covenant” refers to a binding agreement made between 2 parties. If one side doesn’t fulfill their obligation, then the other is released from fulfilling their side. Like marriage, if one spouse commits adultery, the other is permitted to obtain a divorce, because the covenant is broken. God made a covenant with the Israelites, but they didn’t fulfill their side of the deal and committed whoredoms. God is therefore released from his own covenant.

Deckard also believes that during the end times, the 10 lost tribes of Israel (Ephraim) will return to the land of Israel where the Jews, spiritual Jews included, will run their own communities, grow their own food, run their own economy, etc. to escape the mark of the beast. He numbered 50 to 60 million of us. Of course, none of this is supported by scripture, as far as I can tell.

I do believe Deckard has received visions and seen angels. I do believe that his prophecies concerning the destruction that will come upon the earth is real. But I don’t believe that makes his sermons prophetic or true. I’ve met a number of anointed men and women during my time that taught things that weren’t exactly in-line with scripture. The scary part is that many of them are deceived and bring others with them because they can walk under the anointing at times and walk under the power of the Holy Spirit. Yet, they are still deceived. When I was listening to Deckard, I did see what appeared to be an angel standing in the front row in the center isle, and sparkles of light, like fireflies, around Deckard as he spoke. Still, I didn’t feel the Holy Spirit and anointing flow with his talk. This weekend really sheds some light on what Jesus said about the end times, that “if it were possible, even the very elect shall be deceived.”

But people didn't listen.

I've never heard of him until now, and I'm to believe he told all the Indonesian people of an impending flood?
And what would be his reason or motivation in the doing of that?

That they by Gods destruction, {they love to blame God for everything}, would then believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, turn from Ala, and then choose his flavoir of Christianity?

The man is full of himself and other things to boot.

I've been receiving a lot of warnings in my regular scripture reading and also in dreams about watching out for false prophets. This topic has been bothering me a lot, because I don't know how we are supposed to know. I've heard some people say that prophets only bring messages that build up and edify. Some say they will not say anything negative, yet Jeremiah condemned false prophets for giving "good news" when the word of God was to repent or else and when it was time Jeremiah told the "or else" that nobody wanted to hear.

Some people say that the sign of a true prophet is when everything they say comes to pass. But what of the times when people did repent and God stopped the judgement? Take Jonah for example. His prophecies did not come to pass. Or were these not prophecies, but mere warnings? I don't think I understand the difference yet.

What about people who are learning, as it says in Hebrews, to have their senses trained to discern good and evil through practise? (Heb. 5:14) The mature who have gone beyond "the elementary principles of the oracles of God "(vs. 12) had to be trained, meaning, I think, that at one time they didn't always get it right. Should we shoot everyone who doesn't get it right every time when they are learning? Or does this mean we should look to the more mature to help us discern good and evil? And where do we find these "mature"?

I have a lot of questions and not many answers.

I found this one article, though that sits right with me and seems scriptural. I would ask the more mature of you to give your opinion.

Basicly this person says if a prophecy is not fulfilled it is because 1) the prophet gives it out of presumption 2) God relented. I think I might add the possiblitiy that not enough time has passed to see if has or has not been fulfilled.

He says the main feature of a false prophet is that he/she turns listeners toward false doctrine and away from worshipping God.

If Ted Deckard's prophecies lead people to think that Jesus Christ's death on the cross was not sufficient and that we must also follow Old Testament law he is contradicting Gal.3:1-3
You foolish Galations, who has bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified? This is the only thing I want to find out from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith? Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?

and verse 11
Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, "The righteous man shall live by faith."

IF Deckard is teaching something else, then even if all of his predictions have come true, he could still be a false prophet.

IF Deckard is teaching something else, then even if all of his predictions have come true, he could still be a false prophet.

This is true. I've discussed/debated this very topic with my pastor, who also attended Deckard's talk with me. It's one thing to declare an accurate prophecy from the Lord, and then teach something wrong on the pulpit. Thing is, he's using his mantel as a "prophet" to declare his teachings as direct revelations from God as well. This is what makes him a false prophet, not the prophecies themselves. Besides, not all of the visions he's received may have come from the Lord.

Another thing that concerned me is that he stated he and his wife has essentially "been running their own show for around 34 years." Whenever someone isolates themselves from the scrutiny of the body and removes the checks and balances within the church, then they're more vulnerable to deception. I also noticed that he left the premises as soon as his talk was over and didn't make himself accessible for questions or debate. This might have something to do with motivating people to buy his vast array of DVD's his wife was selling at the back of the room.

Satan knows the Word of God like the back of his hand.

When most believers think that darkness hides in back alleys with sinners, Satan stands in the pulpit speaking just enough truth to deceive.

He was an angel of light, you know.

He will do everything in his power to stop and distort the Good News and all the blessings of being a standing believer.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
Rom 10:9-11

Any Prophet who does not put this at the forefront of his/her service to the body of Christ is vane.

It's all then smoke and mirrors......................

We as believers need not to be afraid. For truely our fellowship is with the Father.

The spirit
the Father gave us knows truth..............

One more thing, Prophets go to the people, not the other way around.

Thank You and God Bless...................
