http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHXe7x5pzD4http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHXe7x5pzD4

He predicted 9/11 two years in advance.

He predicted the end of the Cold War a year before it happened.

He predicted the coming of the AIDS epidemic two years before it hit.

He predicted both Iraq Wars two years before the first one even began.

He predicted the fall of the Berlin Wall.

He predicted the Indonesian Tsunami and told the people living there to move from the coast while they could.

But people didn't listen.

Will you listen?

Tom Deckard is a Messianic Jew and a Prophet who has been 100% accurate with every prophetic word and vision. Prophet Deckard has prophesied to presidents, prime ministers, and leaders all over the globe.

He has seen miracles of Biblical proportions throughout the course of his ministry. Through him the Lord has healed the blind, the deaf, the lame and those with terminal cancer. In one crusade in Africa alone, over 800 people were healed from AIDS and went back to the doctor and were medically certified as having been healed. He has even seen three people raised from the dead during his ministry.

The Visions That God Has Given Him Regarding The Future Of America Are Terrifying For Christians And Skeptics Alike. Prophet Deckard Has Never Missed On A Prophecy During His Entire 32 Year Ministry. If You Are Ready To Hear From A Real Prophet, Then You Must See This Stunning Video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHXe7x5pzD4http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHXe7x5pzD4

Rev, thanks for the link. Right now my sound isn't working, so I'll look at it later.

I do believe that God speaks through people prophetically, and that some individuals like Deckard have had so much confirmation that they are able to make a full-time effort of it.

I believe that God speaks through all His people, to all His people. We should hone our own listing skills and help others develop those skills too.

The value of our life with Him is not in knowing about the next storm, or following the perfect prophet, but in living each moment well, treating people decently, and using God's communications with us to benefit others.

I do love links like this, and am interested to hear what he said.

I have seen some accurate global prophetic dreams on this forum, that members were so humble about that the real global meaning didn't occur to them. This forum allows people to listen to each other and find different modes of interpreting, build confidence in sharing what they sensed, and fine-tune what they hear God is saying.

God wants to speak through you, too.

It seems to me that the primary focus of this is on the man, not on God and it is on the man's predictions not on the importance of the sinner to come to repentance. We are not to be followers of man but followers of God. This post is leading people, in my estimation, to esteem a man when we should be led to esteem the One and Only Almighty God!! That's my thoughts on the subject.

It's crazy now..What would it be like to be in the tribulation....

*thanks for this link bro.

The question i was asking myself was "How do we tell from the false prophets" I have not done research on this guy but he really could be the prophet.

In the end i cant help but feel the time is coming soon. Jesus will come for us, which is great. Ive been wanting to see Him for so long im not sure what id say at first lol.

I just cant help feel the pain for others...We really need to get out there and keep spreading the word

Thank you for this video ...

What this man shares would seem to confirm what other prophets are now seeing for the future of America ...

It would behoove us to get down on our knees and pray and ask God what is truth,
and how He would have us to respond ...

:prayer:

Yeah, that classic James Lipton question...what do you wish God would say to you at the pearly gates? (Inside the Actor's Studio)

The question i was asking myself was "How do we tell from the false prophets" I have not done research on this guy but he really could be the prophet.
Some are just obviously bad, as you know. And there are many who have good intentions but aren't always right. And there are several who find a lot of confirmation in what they've said.

But the point is, what difference would it make to our lives if we knew for sure the person was correct?

There is no guarantee that even the most accurate prophet will continue to be accurate. There is no guarantee that the holiest believer will continue to live a respectable life.

God wants us to process what we take in, and practice our discernment skills. Wise as serpents, harmless as doves. Mt 10:16

There are scriptures that criticize people for having run around looking for prophets randomly, wanting to hear things but not acting on what they know God wants them to do.

Mt 24:11 And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray.

This verse might lead people to fear, but I don't think the point is about the prophets -- but about the gullible people. If we are so connected to a prophet's words that we will follow --even a good one-- then there's something wrong. It's about the message, not about the message carrier.

A prophet voices a communication (their act of obedience), usually a warning, and steps back.

I know hundreds of believers who believe that they hear from God, in a way that has prevented them from future dangers and bad decisions. It is this within us, the Holy Spirit, who guides us daily.

Certain messages need stronger emphasis, especially when they seem too dramatic to be believed. These tend to get reinforced through prophets. Thousands of people had impressions about 9-11 before it happened, but they didn't all take their hunches seriously. Picture how different a hunch would feel if you heard a respected prophet say it too.

Think about how Jesus' mother was visited by an angel, but she did have to bear this message by herself. Other people confirmed her vision's message, like Elizabeth, Joseph's dream, Zechariah's angelic visit, Simeon's word from God, majii study of stars.

The more difficult to believe, the more God provides ways for us to hear if we are willing.

You make some sound points when it comes to discerning prophets.
The responsibility is with the hearer ...

"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?
Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
Therefore by their fruits you will know them."

Matthew 7:15-20

In our 'over zealousness' for a prophetic word or some 'new' revelation, some of us may so want to believe what we are hearing that we will often fall far short in our responsibility as 'fruit inspectors' ...
yet we are told to be as such ...

A lot of good things have been said here so far regarding the discernment of false prophets. I've learned more and more to judge the prophecy over the prophet. I've met a number of prophets in my time, and believe you me, they're just regular people with faults of their own. I've even met heavily annointed people that were living in sin, or did some things that were not Christian-like.

Romans 11:29- "For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance."

When God grants gifts to people, it doesn't mean they are holy. This is why it's important to distinguish between the fruit of the spirit and the gifts of the spirit. Having an annointing doesn't not make one spiritually mature.

Don't forget the story of Balaam.

That is so true. What an odd concept, but that's God's policy. (If we were to set the rules...) It also can explain a lot about confusing situations.

Even the patriarchs did selfish things in the middle of their ministries -- Abraham allowing his wife "sister" to be held against her will, apostles arguing over how the church should be run... life goes on.

You bring up a good point, one I truly just don't understand. I mean this sincerely.

It is very difficult for me to receive a personal rebuke from a prophet that is carnal ... noticeably carnal ... who is speaking hateful words, is full of anger (not 'Godly' anger), is jealous (not 'Godly' jealously), is living a lazy life, etc. ... and honestly believe that God is using this obnoxious behaving man to speak a word to ME.

I hear many quote the verse you have ... Romans 11:29 ... and it honestly confuses me.

And yes, I know about the donkey ... lol

BUT is a prophet of God not called to have ANY integrity at all?

Does not the spiritual condition of this man's carnal heart affect his discernment and the 'words' that he speaks?

I can see that I need to do some studying of Romans 11:29. Honestly, some prophets behave downright obnoxiously ... I can't yet wrap my mind around the concept that God would use them on a regular basis to 'minister' to others, when they themselves need so much 'help'.

And some prophets seem to have a terrible ego problem ... like, it is WAY BIG! (lol)

I am sorry ... but I find I do not listen to these ones much. I do not even choose to be around them.

I find it very hard to believe that these carnal men are so very close to God ... such 'good friends' of His, as they claim to be ... and yet they behave so carnally ...

The more I 'learn' about the prophetic ... the less I understand it ... the more questions I find myself asking God ...

I've known some 'bully prophets'. Yes, God can use even a donkey ... so I suppose He can use bullies, too ... but I do wonder 'why' He would ...

You would tend to think so, but think about it like this- When a judge enters the courtroom, he/she is wearing a black robe and holds a gavel. He/she is referenced as “Your Honor”. All in attendance are asked to rise until the judge says to sit. The judge is wearing the mantel of authority and is authorized to make decisions on behalf of the people (government) during that time, regardless of what you think of them. When Pontius Pilate made a judgment on Jesus, he put on his royal garments and sat on his throne. That is the seat of judgment from which decisions on behalf of Rome were made. There, Pilate’s word became law. If Pilate sat in his underwear at the dinner table and engaged in conversation, his words would not be law because he’s not wearing the mantel and speaking on behalf of Rome.

Likewise, when an anointed person is moving under the anointing, it’s God’s doing. Otherwise, he/she is just a man.

In 1Samuel 19, King Saul is pursuing David to kill him. We know that Saul was evil.

Starting from verse 19, it says, “And it was told Saul, saying, Behold, David is at Naioth in Ramah.[20] And Saul sent messengers to take David: and when they saw the company of the prophets prophesying, and Samuel standing as appointed over them, the Spirit of God was upon the messengers of Saul, and they also prophesied.[21] And when it was told Saul, he sent other messengers, and they prophesied likewise. And Saul sent messengers again the third time, and they prophesied also.[22] Then went he also to Ramah, and came to a great well that is in Sechu: and he asked and said, Where are Samuel and David? And one said, Behold, they be at Naioth in Ramah.[23] And he went thither to Naioth in Ramah: and the Spirit of God was upon him also, and he went on, and prophesied, until he came to Naioth in Ramah.[24] And he stripped off his clothes also, and prophesied before Samuel in like manner, and lay down naked all that day and all that night. Wherefore they say, Is Saul also among the prophets?

We all know that God’s judgment eventually fell on Saul and he was killed in battle. The point being, the Spirit of God can work even through sinners.

Revelation-

Thanx for sharing the clip. It confirms a lot of what I've been hearing in church regarding what's coming soon. We're being strongly motivated to prepare as this man has said. Even to the extent of storing up food and water.

You are welcome.

If he is in your town I would encourage you to check him out for yourself.

He is coming to Washington D.C. May 31 to June 1, so I am quite excited about that.

Well, okay ... though I will admit, there is much about this prophet stuff that I do not understand.

Prideful, carnal prophets really turn me off ... but I suppose I always have the option not to listen to them ... and just walk away ... or turn off the television ... lol

Thanks, Bobinator! :)

Oh my, I think I sounded very careless in my last post. I am coming from the premise that we are all sinners, and God is always working with us.

Times that I have seen church leaders make horrendously thoughtless or unethical decisions, I have gone through this thought process -- because the revelation of their errors made me wonder how I had missed seeing them for so long!

So I, as an observer/follower, have been mad at myself for lack of discernment, gullibility. But during those times, I never felt that God was condemning me for not seeing the errors. Instead, He would give me scriptural reminders about justice. If He was doing that for me, I'm sure He was doing that for the erring prophets -- tyring to pull them back on track.

I'm not too sure about this guy. At first when I heard him speak he sounded VERY convincing for the most part. But after combing through his web site, I found a couple of things that didn't quite sit well with me about his views. I just know that I'm going to ask the Lord what He has to say about him and go from there. That's the best I can say for right now.

Peace!
