I have a friend that doesn't like to be single,now I know some people don't like to be single,but my friend Stephanie,she has a learning disibilty,just like I do,well,my best friend Jenny,she sometimes goes to the mall with Stephanie,to do paint art,well they get to talking there when they do the paint art,well this one weekend Jenny told me that they were there,and Stephanie always asks Jenny why she is always single and tells her,don't you want to have a boyfriend,and Jenny tries to explain to her why she is still single,Stephanie has a hard time understanding things,in fact when Stephanie was still with her boyfriend that was named Joe,she thought and wanted Joe to ask her to marry her,when they had just been together for a short time,she even got mad when Jenny told her that I was no longer with my ex boyfriend Gary,that's what Jenny told me that it looked like she was mad when she discovered and found out that Gary and me were no longer together,and I just don't know why or understand why that would make her upset,what do you think about this or what would you think about my friend Stephanie as to why she just doesn't like to be single?and why do you think she cares that Gary and I are not together?It is just very mind boggling to me.

A lack of commitment is disturbing to most and she may have
negative experiences regarding it. It disturbs her that you
may "dump" her in the future as well. Stable, long term
relationships are very comforting to most people. It avoids
the achward period of learning about new people that might
even result in rejection.

Most females want that "Ring on the finger" or other things
that send a message of stability.

Then I wouldn't be concerned about it. Perhaps it's more so her curiosity. In reality it's really none of her business ;o)
