Way to dodge the question, quatona!

I'll go with the first option, it being closest. God is present in all the universe, but exists of his own accord beyond the crude neccesities of spatial location.

I'll go with number one.

[Parable of the fishes : Gospel of the holy twelve]
8. Jesus answered them, saying, Hear ye this parable of the fishes. The fishes of a certain river communed with one another, saying, They tell us that our life and being is from water, but we have never seen water, we know not what water is. Then some among them, wiser than the rest, said: We have heard there dwelleth in the sea a wise and learned Fish, who knoweth all things. Let us journey to him, and ask him to shew us what water is.

9. So several of them set out to find this great and wise Fish and they came at last to the sea wherein the wise Fish dwelt, and they asked of him.

10. And when he heard them he said unto them, O ye foolish fish that consider not! Wise are ye, the few, who seek. In the water ye live, and move, and have your being; from the water ye came, to the water ye return. Ye live in the water, yet ye know it not. In like manner, ye live in God, and yet ye ask of me, “Shew us God.” God is in all things, and all things are in God.

[KJV]
Act 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

Luk 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

[Gospel of Thomas]
(3) Jesus said, "If those who lead you say to you, 'See, the kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty."

Yes, quite quatona...
Saying that "I don't believe in God", means that you admit there's a God for you not to believe in.

That's absurd... Do you believe in Santa Claus? Fire Breathing Dragons? Does that mean you admit they exist and are just to stubborn to believe in them or does it mean that you know what the word means and are pretty sure in your own mind that these things in fact do not exist?

If we use "god" as a synonym for the Great Tao, then it does. :D

hahaha :p

But no i dont describe it as god. I describe it as all.

(god to me seems to have a personailty and awareness- i beleive that the "tao" has no personailty or awareness it just is :p )

Saying that "I don't believe in God", means that you admit there's a God for you not to believe in.

"I don't believe in God" is shorthand for "I don't believe the theistic claim that there is a God".
