We chose to go all heirloom this year and try to save seeds. We've too many varieties to list. We always have tomatoes, okra, corn, lots of peppers, beans, and melons

Tomatoes. Several varieties, including heirloom.

8 ball zucchini.

Yellow squash.

Cucumbers. Several varieties.

Bell peppers and hot peppers, several varieties.

Then I have my fruit trees and raspberry and black berry bushes.

Cherry tomatoes

Not sure what else. There's a lot of snow and it's ten below zero on the Fahrenheit scale. Last year was our first here and the squash was crazy bountiful.

I have tried gardening but even though i have planted many marrow bones, not one has pushed up any shoots!

I am starting my beefsteak tomatoes under a grow light. Thinking about doing an Atlantic giant pumpkin this year. Its been a while since I've grown one but use to grow them a lot. I would aim for 300lbs if I do, anything over that is a bonus. Aside from that mostly pickling stuff and herbs.

I finished tilling for the spring garden. In the week or so I plan on

Cabbage
Collards
Lettuce
Spinach
Leeks (first time)

I pretty much have it narrowed down to what I know I'll eat. I grew mustard greens once and found no use for them, lol.

We will probably finish one of the gardens we started last year under a tree and fill in additional plants in our circular herb garden. Might grow a few potted vegetables too. Not certain.
