lol i think alot of people associate you seeing images with psychics/etc etc. its a no-no to see anything but what you imagine God to be maybe? Seeing images about people youre praying for, or situations is what the person who wrote that probably meant?

For some people I think it's a wonderful Idea that they pick an image and use it to focus on our Lord.
I know that in Lamas class which is a class you take with your spouse before birth of your child, they teach the women about using focal points. These focal points helps them to concentrate or hone in on there need to breathe at a given rate during labor.
Works for prayer. Focus, and take some deep breaths, your about to deliver a life!!

Veteran - Blue Bible Dude
This is only used to remind myself that He loves us and hears everything we ask of Him.
I kinda try and picture myself and whoever else I am praying with in a throne room with HUGE columns. (God is loaded for real lol) I also try and picture (not an exact image) but just a huge throne with a loving father-figure on it. I never actually see Him because I don't have any idea what He would look like - too awesome for me! Just to remind myself that He is with us always and that He loves us and hears our prayers because of Jesus His Son.
