What do you do with all your kids' projects?

My oldest starts school this fall and will undoubtedly come home with all kinds of stuff that she made in school. Usually I keep a few on display somewhere then toss them out as they get tattered. Do you keep your kid's things or toss them out? What are some good ways to hang on to things without cluttering up your house?

I don't have kids but my mom told me she had to pick and choose. She started a box and filed everything by the grade year. You can keep more this way I suppose.
