What Do You All Think of P.O.D?

They just happen to be my all time favorite band, but that is beside the point. I have heated "discussions" about them and their faith but I was just curious what everyone's general feeling was towards them?

I obviously like them because of my user name, but not as much as much as I used to though. Not enough to warrant a name change though. I think the reason is I'm getting more into hip-hop & rap now.

I think Messenjah is a pretty good song. On the whole , they are OK

I like their "Satellite" CD - and a few of their older songs - but that's about it. I respect them as Christians and I respect their musicianship. It's just not my "cup of tea"
I prefer bands like Tourniquet and Disciple.

I still like them and respect them, call them sellouts sure i don't care im not taking it to heart. they have only gotten better as the years ware on. i also notice that when a band doen't want to be labled a christian band they tend to call them sellouts, for example, switchfoot, skillit, piller....im not saying you all agree with that but thas they way it seems.

I dont care much for them anymore. I used to like their music, and their style, but eversince they changed guitarist its just not the same anymore. ...also their new album was a major dissapointment. I think overall I could stand to listen to two songs...out of the whole CD....

they used to be my fav band because of thier music. Now they are my favorite band because of who they are.

even though i am a metal head, and like harder rock than pod, i love pod. i think there music is great. each one shows growth in their musical capabilities, and even growth in song writing, which inevitably shows their growth as individuals just because of who POD are. i highly respect their faith and admire it too. a lot of their songs are just awesome. i even like the musician change. I think Jason Trudy is an awesome guitar. he was awesome in Living Sacrifice, and he's awesome in POD, just a style change for him for sure. i think he adds a different element then what Marcos did. not dissing marcos by anymeans. marcos is an awesome guitarist. i just see this change in guitarists as a change for POD and their music going to another level. POD is just one of them bands that i love all of their albums and will find a liking for their future projects. seeing them live, i even liked them more. meeting them, definetely made my liking bigger, because they were cool guys.
