Hey hon, I am sorry you feel that way. I have felt like that alot. Trying to help hubby run a business, homeschooling 3 kids and bookkeeping can make you feel kinda overwhelmed. I know how you feel
I just ask that the Lord would give you strength to take care of the things that have to be done. Maybe if you took a little break from the tasks that are at hand. Maybe just take a day for yourself.. That always helps.

take some time out to be with God, rest in his presence. it is ok to feel low - it does not make you a bad christian.

Sometimes we feel this way because we need to take some rest in God - he is waiting for you with open arms.

im in exactly the same situation as you right now tsuriyel, i seem to be in this place alot lol, but thankfully once you make yourself do something that really importantly needs to be done, you feel alot better and proud of yourself after youve done it

i had to make a couple of phone calls today and i really cant talk on the phone but its got the point of almost leaving it too late, so i had to do it today, which ended up pretty pointless as the customer service guy told me i had to write to them which seems obvious now but im glad i found that out in time, its a weight off my mind and all i need to do now is find some stamps !

do what good you can with what you have(including your energy level). We should all aspire to do more than perhaps is in our capabilities. As far as motivation, I have 1 or two ideas. Write down 100 goals, things you want to do, be or have in life. I have a list of about 130 goals and I add to them on a regular basis. Then what you do is work to improve in some areas just 1% a day or week. Or if you will become a mustard seed better each day. Even with this it is hard if you are struggling with depression. The best you can do then is pray for strength and deliverance. And just realize you will have good days and bad days.

One trick is to try to do 84 good deeds a day. A good deed could be something like letting a person in or across your lane while driving. It could be not getting angry and showing your anger(actually that might even be two good deeds) to the person who cuts you off in traffic. It could be offering prayers for another person. It could be giving advice or comfort in person or online. I think if you could focus on doing those 84 good deeds a day your life will vastly improve.

My motivation comes from God. Without Him I could do nothing. In fact, I have been stuck in my sin once again just recently. I wanted to hide myself from God... to enjoy my sin again... so he let me go, so to speak. But just today, all of the sudden, I suddenly felt ashamed of all that I had done. God had his eyes on me, and I felt terrible. I asked him to help me, a sinner to help me change.

So far he has blessed me with strength.

Live your life according to God, not to yourself. Each day raise your life up to the Lord, and pray to help you in your struggle.

Let your motivation, strength, and energy come from God.

Have you been praying about a situation in your life and found yourself waiting for a breakthrough? Are you wondering why the answer hasn't come yet? Do you feel as though victory is passing you by? Sometimes when we pray long and hard about a situation in our life without receiving any answers, we just learn to live with it. We go on about our business, wondering if or when God will send the answer. But God does hear those prayers, and He is working toward the answer even though we may not know all the details. And our situation can change suddenly—quickly ...without warning! But one thing is certain; before God moves suddenly, we will wait. Waiting for answers is a fact of life. Nobody gets out of it. So the question is not if we'll wait, but rather how we'll wait. And I believe HOW will determine HOW LONG. There are two ways to wait—one way is to wait passively and the other is to wait expectantly. A passive person hopes something good will happen, and he's willing to sit around waiting to see if it does. After a short time, he gives up. He says, "That's it! I've had it! I've waited and waited and nothing has happened." The passive person has a whole lot of wishbone but not much backbone! The expectant person, on the other hand, is hopeful, aggressive, and purposeful. He believes that his answer is just around the corner—due to arrive any minute. His belief is not a passive thing. His heart is full of hope expecting his problem to be solved at any moment. He wakes up every morning expecting to find his answer. He may wait and wait, but suddenly, what he's been waiting for happens. It's just like when a woman is pregnant—it is said that she is expecting a baby. She carries inside her the promise of a baby, and even though she can't see it, she knows it's there. The moment she learns of her pregnancy, she begins to plan for the baby's arrival. She starts to collect items she'll need, and she busily gets the nursery ready. She actively prepares for the arrival of the baby because she knows the promise will be fulfilled—it's just a matter of time. She is expectant, and she will wait as long as it takes. We know the word "wait" means "to expect" or "to look for." But remember, it also means, "to serve"—just like a waiter "waits" on your table at a restaurant. Our act of waiting isn't supposed to be spent sitting around passively hoping something will happen sometime soon. Once we've asked God to answer a question or solve a problem, we need to be eagerly awaiting His answer. We need to be actively serving, aggressive, and expectant. When our hearts are eager to hear from God, He loves to rush in suddenly with His solution. In many cases, this waiting period actually serves as a time of preparation for the answer. If God answered right away, many of us would be ill prepared to handle His solution. Sometimes we find ourselves in such horrible messes that it's hard to imagine waiting one more second. But we need to keep waiting on God and trusting Him with a sweet and simple faith. Then, in a way we never could have figured out—God moves suddenly! In the Bible, Paul and Silas knew about waiting, and they waited well. Acts 16 tells the story of how they were attacked by a crowd, beaten, and thrown in jail. Verse 24 says the jailer ...put them into the inner prison (the dungeon) and fastened their feet in the stocks. He was making sure they couldn't get out. But about midnight, God showed up. Now, it would have been nice if He had come a little earlier, but Paul and Silas didn't seem to mind—they just decided to start singing and began to worship the Lord. They began to "wait" on God. Verses 25 & 26 say, But about midnight, as Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the [other] prisoners were listening to them, suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the very foundations of the prison were shaken; and at once all the doors were opened and everyone's shackles were unfastened. God answered them suddenly! When people patiently and expectantly wait on God in the midst of horrible circumstances, suddenly God breaks through. So don't give up! Don't stop believing! Stay full of hope and expectation. God's power is limitless, and He will break through for you.
