Ohhhhh wait i know what your talking about! (i had to read it like 5 times) ok the salvation army will help anyone even the solders! they will help people that are in need of stuff or if there poor or if they have been abused ETC but ya they will help anyone in need..... so the solders are fighting and stuff so they help them by getting food for them shelter and so on you get it??
