Wow, it's been two years since I posted in here and I've since gone from self-employed coach to working with a local agency. I'm a social worker, and teach a parenting course to parents who are either at risk of losing their children or whose children have been apprehended. For the people in the program, I see each of them at least once a week for individual sessions where we individualize the classroom learning. It's right up my alley since I can use my marriage and family coaching in our individual sessions. I love it, but it's only a mat leave. I am praying the new mom will decide not to return so I can stay!
