Some people have gluten intolerance and need to eat baked goods without it. I haven't tried the cookies but I've used other products. They're good. You'll be able to have fresh cookies when you want them in minutes.

I heated up 1/2 can of canned peas, mixed in a packet of Starkist pink salmon, and added a little peanut butter before wrapping it all up in a whole wheat tortilla.

It was actually pretty good. I often use similar ingredients with pasta, but decided to make a burrito instead.
