It turned out okay! It's very bread-y. But I don't have buttermilk so just subbed in regular milk.

Next time try buttermilk and Kerrygold butter. It should heighten the moisture. Enjoy!

I also find that cooking for one is so annoying! If you make something worth the time, you’re eating it for the next week. And I like chilli as much as the next person, but having it for almost 10 meals is a bit excessive.

I just invited my parents over for supper so that I have more mouths to feed LOL
