Oral testimony *is* evidence. It does not magically override other evidence with its ~~special powers~~. It won't be the only evidence presented or the case will almost certainly fail. Let's just wait for trial before assuming the case is overwhelming or deficient.

How does a court handle testimony from someone who is a demonstrated and convicted liar, now speaking out of the other side of his mouth. Add to that, his former legal counsel testifying he repeatedly said he had no information.
Thank you for your opinion.It's not "and now" with Cohen's turn around. His *conviction* itself was that turn around because he admitted to the court that he had previously lied on Trump's behalf when he plead guilty to those crimes.
