You are the one who made it about the song. My comment about the song was a joke. Hence the wink smiley. You took it as serious and then turned the topic to the song. I didn't listen to the song because I just didn't want to, it had nothing to do with worldliness. I had no interest in the song.

I find it difficult to take you seriously now. You call me judgmental and worldly and then give Bible verses that have nothing to do with what you are saying or twist their meaning in some strange way that obviously fits your mind but no one else's. Have you actually studied hermeneutics?

So to answer your question in the topic. All the people of God are of one mind. They all know Christ as He is revealed in the Scriptures. They all rest in Him alone and not in anything that they do. They all seek His honor and gory. They all follow Him in the tenor of their lives and they all worship Him not their will.

I see its all my fault the thread went there. actually it was implied that I was a hypocrite because i was speaking against worldly things and they supposedly post a worldly music. I felt compelled to address it to which it regress to rock music is devils music.:D I see your judgement on me is I started it, correct? I don't care for judgmental text after all no one here is the judge and as Jesus says we are all equal.

I got News for you but again I never said any of those things to you, that you said I said. This Thread is not about you.:)

back to topic, So taking a course on Acts. Just did a report on chapters 1 and 2 and the thing that struck me is the one mind text.

Acts 1NASB

13 When they had entered the city, they went up to the upper room where they were staying; that is, Peter and John and [m]James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, [n]James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon the Zealot, and Judas the [o]son of [p]James. 14 These all with one mind were continually devoting themselves to prayer, along with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with His brothers.

this text in chapter 1 it says of one mind, what does it say about them they were in prayer, the picture it paints is of a family, but modern church is not a family. I have heard people say well family fight, really because Jesus family does not I did not see any fighting when Jesus was with the 12. and Here in acts it certainly does not seem they are fighting, but paints the picture they are all in agreement. That is one mind. WHy don't we have this? because we don't keep the greatest commandment, we don't approach each other with Love. We do not listen first and slow to speak, as written in James.

Peter stand up and gives a speech, notice no one objects, or debates it, but they all understand, That is one mind.

Chapter 2
They receive The Holy Spirit.

Acts 2:42 NASB

It speaks of the one mind what it looks like.

42 They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and [ao]to prayer.

43 [ap]Everyone kept feeling a sense of awe; and many wonders and [aq]signs were taking place through the apostles. 44 And all those who had believed [ar]were together and had all things in common; 45 and they began selling their property and possessions and were sharing them with all, as anyone might have need. 46 Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread [as]from house to house, they were taking their [at]meals together with gladness and [au]sincerity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding [av]to their number day by day those who were being saved.

That is what the One Mind looks like, pats in bold and red Sincerity of heart, I think many so called Christians lack this.

So many people like to tell each other you are wrong about this or that, but what do they agree with, they lack the sincerity of heart.
So I guess Paul didn't have a disagreement with Peter which he speaks of in Gal. 2 or he didn't have a problem with Mark as you will find out as you read Acts? Was Paul being worldly? Was he not acting in a "Christian" manner? Peter took the correction and Paul was eventually reconciled with Mark.

[Staff Edit of Quoted Post]

I am prepared to stand before God for anything I have said to you. I am very aware that I must. I am also aware that Calvinism is taught as a heresy in many so-called schools of so-called theology but not one of them are honest about it.

Believe it or not I do care for you and everything I have said to you was said in an effort to get you to question what you believe and why. I hold no animosity toward you at all. I honestly see myself in you 20 or 30 years ago.

I can say that at least now you are being honest.

BTW, you may have tried to knock me out but that has been tried before and failed. Once again you are assuming something that isn't fact. I may be old but I was one who taught the" 20 ways to kill a man". I am not an easy takedown. One of the first things you are taught, at least by any legitimate instructor of Martial Arts, is that you are not invincible and that real life and death struggles last only a few seconds at best. The first mistake you make that will cost you your life is assuming that your opponent is weaker than you or less determined than you.

Praying that the Lord will open your eyes to truth and give you an understanding that comes only by the Spirit.
