And how did you know which bills were real and which ones were fake, AV?
That's the Federal Reserve's job -- (I think).

A 7-dollar bill is obviously fake; whereas a 5-dollar bill isn't.

The point is that the books were already determined to be authentic or otherwise before the council even convened.

Dispensationalists know better; but I'd venture to say that is a little over your head.

lol as if dispys are the only Christians who aren't out trying to kill gays and infidels. Obviously it's a little over your head AV!

The very nature of religion tells you that if you question it you lack faith.

No that's the nature of the modern secular definition of 'faith', which certainly isn't the Christian definition.

Faith is believing something that science says is otherwise.

I don't struggle with this as I'm satisfied with the biblical account. No need to go turning over rocks for other explanations.

#1 is correct because the real person, Jesus, taught that it was correct.
Then He died in defence of the stories He related to us.
As did His followers.
The Hebrew version also gives the most scientific explanation for the formation
of the world from the mind of God. Other stories trust that matter has always
existed, or that it magically forms from fluctuating quantum fields....now and then.

And here I always believed that He died in atonement for our sins.

It is written, yes.
.
I'm glad you are able to show at least some grudging approval of the idea.

The notion that Jesus really died in defense of the literal inerrancy of scripture is a novelty to me.
