What Created God

Aristotle referred to God as the Unmoved Prime Mover.

Actually, no he did not, since he did not think of the Prime Mover as transcendent to the Universe, or its Creator. He had nothing like the Christian "God" in mind.

This is what the Christ says too. "I am He".

The Upanishads declare "Thou art That", "I am That" etc.

Even the God of the Old Testament says "I am That I am".

There are two solutions. Either God had a creator and that creator had a creator and so on until we created one of those creators. The other is thatwe have always existed and we just created God in our minds. God could also be something from a distant place in the universe but then that being would need a creator also and it could only end in a cycle. So either way we created God.

It is theoretically impossible for the christian god to have been created. Aquinas' line of thought does not mean that the christian god was created. The whole point of that argument was that the buck had to stop somewhere, and that that somewhere was god.
