It depends on your marriage. My husband and I do whatever we want. If you have a marriage where someone is controlling or demanding, that could get exhausting. But you don't have to!

The short version is marriage means its no longer about being selfish. Not that single people are selfish of course. Just saying marriage requires sacrifice and partnership. You can still do alot of the things you did when single. But alot of things you have to take your spouse into account.

Of course it also depends on the person. Some people basically still live a single lifestyle while married. Others do not. For me and my wife we like to do things togethers. We don't care so much about privacy really.
