What could it mean when dreams stop?

What does it mean when you stop dreaming. About 4 years ago I stopped dreaming, totally. I always had 2 to 3 dreams a night, they were very vivid and in color.

When I started seeing my sons father they stopped, completely. I didn't know it at the time but, he had started seeing a girl who practiced witchcraft. To make a long story short, we broke up and they moved in together. They broke up about 3 months ago. I started dreaming again about 7 months ago. She had said she was going to get rid of me and my son. She wasn't able to have any of her own.

I didn't know if she could have put a curse on me or what. There had been a lot of bad in my life in the past 4 years. There have been a lot of people praying for me and my family. These oppressive things that have been happening in my life have just recently begun to stop. I actually feel some peace in my life.

I thought it was strange my dreams completely stopped like that.

Mostly normal everyday dreams. I had a few weeks of dreams about demons attacking me, but that was several years before this happened. I posted earliar about the demon dreams.
