What combo of disorders do you have?

I dont get it...my brother was diagnosed late with bipolar autism adhd aspergers tick syndrome ... yet compared to most people here om CF... his condition seems way worse...
sumtyms I dont belive its autism anymore...
he keeps insisting he's psychotic... I wish people in this place cud help out.... he hasn't been given proper treatment so far

Psychosis won't be diagnosed unless he's had a break with reality. For instance, if he suddenly truly believes he's Jesus Christ or Adolf Hitler or King Louis XIV, that's a psychotic "break."

If he mean's he's psychopathic, then he'll display antisocial behavior (actions that harm or disregard the emotions of others), diminished empathy (an inability to identify with the emotions of others), and uninhibited or bold behavior (like brashly stealing from a store without regard for the consequences).

This is not a diagnosis, as I am not a mental health professional, and a diagnosis for anything requires evaluation and observation by a professional. I don't know what the mental health system is like in the Philippines, but I hope he gets the help he needs.
