FWIW, I think we simply have no conceptual tools or language to talk about what it means for God to be outside of time, let alone for him to be both outside of time and intimately involved inside of time simultaneously (even trying to say that gets one into a problem).

Its a very valid point though, some people just have a higher level of understanding then others (i am in no way saying im better then you), I can see how you might not understand, or maybe you dont want to question the beliefs youve held most your life, but its something that should be discussed. Faith is commendable, faith without question (blind faith, ie a cult) and logic however is evil and leads to destruction.

I understand the point you are trying to make, but even then you don't have the tools to talk about the perception of someone outside of time. Out entire language, and therefore everything else about our thinking, takes being in time for granted - as a foundational idea. The only tool we have that could possibly talk about the question free of chronological implications is mathematics - but that doesn't lend itself to the type of thing we want to talk about.

If God is outside of time then both "God knows the future" and "God does not know the future" are meaningless statements. Even scripture, while asserting that time is part of creation and God is beyond creation, cannot get away from this limitation of all human languages.
