What Christian films to watch?

I finally got a copy of Jesus of Nazareth full uncut edition.

Over the years I've watched, BBC TV The Passion, and The Passion of the Christ.

Any other Christian movies that anyone can recommend?

Chariots of Fire is nice. It's a good movie, not just one with christian themes.

Ask God to speak to you through different movies you watch. You might be surprised. (and I'd recommend more, but most of the other outrightly christian movies I've seen have been pretty lame. But that's me.)

It really depends on what you mean by "Christian Movie." For instance, does the main subject have to be a Christian theme or Christian topic or can it be a movie that focuses on something else but has a theme that relates to faith?

For a pure Christian movie, we saw Suing the Devil last Sunday. The main character's acting is a bit off and there are a few poorly written lines, but the theme of the movie is good and Malcolm McDowell is stellar as the Devil (if you never see the movie, you have to one day find and watch his monologue towards the end of the film).

Other movies I would recommend that aren't purely Christian Films are Signs and Devil, both from M. Night Shyamalin.

Watch Book of Eli, it's not a "Christian movie", but it's a good movie with Christian aspects.

If it's not got Charlton Heston it's not worth watching.

Try these: Left Behind, Thief in the night, Something to sing about, Time Changer, Hidden secrets, The last sin eater, Pamela's Prayer, Road to redemption, One night with the King, ...or better still check with Billy Graham's Ministry they make good movies.
