The best best best thing you can do is to learn how to be a daughter of the King. It’s when you are in a relationship with God, when you learn to hear His voice, that you realize your life becomes a living parable and you start living in His presence, His Spirit moves in you. The change starts from the inside out and you become aware of His work in you so the gratitude flows out of your heart.

I started small, being thankful for today and what you are and have today is the key.

It's interesting how Paul in both Philippians 4 and 1 Thessalonians 5 links together the themes of thankfulness, joyfulness and prayer.

It makes for a good study.
