  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I ordered Divine Romance and just received it today. I read it a few years ago and it is still one of my "best ever read"

I can really recommend reading it.

The back cover says "sweeping saga, spanning from eternity to eternity......some mighty symphony, here is a majestic rendition of the love of God."
Ros Rinker said "The mark of a really good book is that you want to give it to your friends...

Name : The Divine Romance
Author : Gene Edwards
Publisher : Tyndale House Publishers

A Crown of Swords. Fantasy Fiction written by Robert Jordan. Seventh in a series. At times boring... at times interesting. The only reason I seem to be reading the series is because I started reading it many years ago and I'm still reading it to find out how it ends. How many more books Jordan... let's end this thing.

I do not recommend this series of books for the Christian.
