I just finished Three Cups of Tea. A couple of chapters were slow, but otherwise it was a really good book and makes me even more interested in learning more about that part of the world.

I'm still reading How the Bible Was Built and about to begin Shadow Puppets.

Sooo...go figure...the copy of Count of Monte Cristo I picked up and started reading is an abridged version...didn't figure it out till I was almost done the book...boo.... :|

SOOO...I found (hopefully) the entire book on Gutenberg and am going to start all over again. I'm actually rather glad, though, because as I was reading the abridged, I noticed some things just didn't make sense...like it jumped around a bit. Now I know why and now I'm once again eager to read it. ^_^
