  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

So far, I've dusted my room, washed my dog's beds and other washable dog stuff, washed my sheets, washed clothes, washed towels, and been shopping online. I used an itunes card that I got yesterday to buy some new music and games, and then I downloaded some (free) daily bible reading podcasts as well as some fitness music ones.

I went to church. Then I got ignored by a guy I used to date. And now I'm talking on yahoo messenger with someone nice. Other than that, I'll just be sitting around. Fun times, for sure.

Today probably checking out the new computer I got for my mother and go to bed early for I will get up at 6 in the morning and go to church for morning prayer which we have every day but tomorrow is Germany´s reunification day so its something special. So nothing smashing today ...
