CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I have a lot of assigned reading to catch up. I enrolled late in two of my classes so I'm several chapters behind the class. I also have assigned reading in some the classes that I enrolled in time in.
I also need to develop a lesson plan for a presentation I'm doing next week.
I need to catch up on my spanish work book.
I need to finish some on-line activities for my ETEC class.
so YEAH....I'm busy tonight....

like all the other gals above i am going to be studying all night-or as long as i can because i have a major test coming up. just thinking about it is making me sleepy so ive no idea how im going to pull it off. so my main goal as of this moment is to not fall asleep!
