What are your plans for the summer??

I was just curious as to what everyone's plans for the summer are! Whatever you are doing I hope you have lots of fun!

I'll start!!!

1) I am finishing up meetings at work...
2) Meeting up with my parents and then we are driving to Canada to spend two weeks up there!!!
3) Flying to Texas for a week and half to spend some time with my boyfriend and his family.
4) Fly back to Idaho and then drive to Portland to spend some time with friends and go to a wedding.
5) drive back to california
6) Relax
7) Help out with VBS
8) Have a friend visit and go check out San Francisco and other cool places around here
9) Get ready to teach again in August.

Working and just hanging out until the end of July, then to a riding camp, my grandparents' birthday party, and 1½ weeks holiday until my high school senior year starts...

I am probably just working a lot. I need to earn money and save before placements since I will be doing that full-time.

I wish it could be winter all year long. LOL... only with a summer break thrown in there. I need to come to Australia because of the face that it is winter there right now!

How long are the summer holidays in America?

I am at uni in England, finished for the summer in May and dont start back until the end of September! Do you get as much time off?

Oh and Im working part time and relaxing the rest of the time

I just got a job at a hotel as a front desk associate. My major was Tourism Management, so it's in my field, however it's not exactly where I want to be...I'd love to be in full-time ministry, but the Lord has shut that door for now...maybe will bring me to it one day! Following Him...

This summer, I plan to find work and to read Infinite Jest. Wish me luck on both.

I'm going to Idaho next week, maybe Oregon too. I think it's an 11 day trip.... family reunion type thing on the 4th of July I guess.
Other than that I have no solid summer plans other than applying to the UC system.
Maybe I'll work on the book I've been writing with my friend for the past 7 years.
