I love that show. I actually had the pleasure of meeting Masaharu Morimoto AND Takeshi Kaga (though not at the same time). My dream would be to be a judge on that show.

Oh and...erm..TV's off now. Last show I watched was Inu Yasha though.

I think the best/worst part is that they are original recipies thought up on the fly. Meaning it's near impossible to find recipies. I'd love to try to duplicate some of those dishes. Though I did manage to make asparagus ice cream (if that show taught me one thing it's "practically anything can be made into ice cream"). It was all right. Like green tea ice cream...but with asparagus.
