What are you thankful for??

I am thankful the sun is shining today.
And I think someone is praying for my health because my head cold went away rather abruptly.
Praise the LORD!

I'm thankful for computers, the internet, and online friends, otherwise I'd be twice as lonely, and I also wouldn't have met my fiance! ♥♥♥

I'm also thankful for hot chocolate and chai. And for books that catch my interest and hold it. And for soft pillows and relaxing music and silly little adorable hamsters. ♥

I'm thankful for my grandparents, and I need to tell them that I love them more often, because they won't be around forever. :-(

I'm also thankful for the love of my fiance, which seems like a complete miracle... I have told myself all my life that there would never be a man who would love me. And then... he came along... and God has richly blessed us with each other. ♥

Hannah, sweetie, your post was full of illogical thinking. And anyway.... you aren't fat nor ugly. And depression makes people feel like shyte, so that is nothing horrible, it just happens, and it'll get better. As far as not being anyone's best friend.... I don't know if I am, either..... but you still have friends and people to talk with, and that's the most important thing. And anyway... I count you as a close friend, if that means anything.

Today I'm thankful for Vitamin C. Orange juice and chew tablets, yummm. And I'm also thankful for sleep and kleenexes and comfortable shoes.

Thanks, April. I was just having a low moment when I wrote that. I'm feeling much better now and I have a much more positive mindset than I did then.

As for me, I'm thankful for fans, air conditioning, and ice-cold water. Can you tell that it's more than a bit warm where I am? LOL.

I, too, am thankful for fans and ice-cold water (or any liquid really). And milkshakes! I just had an orange cream one today () and it was heavenly. Made my throat feel better too.

I'm thankful for sleep whenever I can get it, milkshakes, the anticipation of seeing my fiance (13 days! ), and chai lattes.

(And I think I'm going to go make myself one. That sounds like a really pleasant thing, nevermind the fact that it's 70'F outside. )

Besides the obvious, I am so very thankful that I am not where I was. I think about the behaviors I have had in the past and the awful situations I have been in or things I have done, or things done to me. . . I just have to look up and say, "Thank You Lord that I am no longer there!"
Thank the Lord we do not live in the past..
