What are you majoring in?

I'm majoring in Early Childhood Education (pre-k to third grade).

AlldogsDONOTgo to heaven--looking at a masters in Deaf Education? Cool, I a decent amount of ASL and my senior year of high school I volunteered at a school for the Deaf.
Have you ever heard of Gallaudet University, the Deaf college in DC? They have a HUG (hearing undergrad) program for hearing students...you have to have an interview and take a ASL exam...
I was looking into going there and majoring in Deaf ed, but I decided not to.

They also have a Masters program.

Yes, I've looked into Gallaudet but since I dont' have an undergrad degree in education I would have to take a ton of prereqs so I decided not to apply there. I know it's probably one of the best if not the best program for that and would be a great place to go for my field...but I just don't want to spend a year getting prerequs!

Impressive! lol...I have a fading bruise on my left wrist from handcuffs, and no, I wasn't on the "wrong side of the law". I was the instructor's practice model, and he didn't bother to safety lock the cuffs. I had them put on, taken off twice. Second time around he put me in search position, against a squad car, legs back and spread. Told me to try to get up, and placed one hand on my back and pushed me back into the car. Meanwhile I could feel these cuffs going "click, click." Finally said something and he took them off. grrr!

We're doing high-risk traffic stops now. A lot of fun!

KIDS! Thats my major..I'm working on getting my dipolma in Early Childhood Education..after thats all said and done, I'll probably continue working in a daycare (I am working in one right now) and then once I have me a hubby and some kids of my own I want to open a christian daycare in my home..that way I get to raise my kids and still work and do what i absolutly LOVE for the rest of my life!

Exercise Science

Though I don't know how much I will end up using it. I am thinking about getting my masters in Marriage and Family Therapy after I graduate.

I think i'll still use my knowledge of Exercise and Nutrition in some manner.

My first 2 years of college I was majoring in Aerospace Engineering.
Then I transferred and now I have 1 year left, doing Business with a concentration in Audio Recording Technology.

My hope is to work in either a recording studio recording/mixing music, or doing sound for movies.
