The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

I'm doing ok, but suddenly, deep inside, I feel somewhat angry with God, but at the same time, I'm afraid to express it (because I'm afraid that if I get mad at him, He'll take my blessings away)
God wont take His blessings away from you, but you can remove yourself from his blessings.
God is love so in anger you wont be able to get into contact with Him very well. In the past I often raged at God but He loves me heaps anyway.
It is best to express to God how you feel about Him or others, God knows what we are thinking and feeling anyhow so it is best to be honest with Him.
Feeling clueless and frustrated about medical treatment my husband is getting. Almost like I am invisible to them as is he because we are elderly.
Can you get a second opinion, maybe?
Blessings.
Simplistict answers just don't help this situation. Sorry. He has had more than one opinion and am working on getting them to agree to another specialist right now. He is not at home but in rehab so there they tend to take charge of his care. My daughter is also working on this and because she is younger (50) they respond better to her; but she is out of town this week. So been asking praying friends to pray for me for wisdom and opportunities to change things. And basically it can be frustrating and discouraging since because of the brain trauma and now dementia he is mentally confused and unable to speak up for himself as he once did.

Praying that you can get some real answers and that your opinion will be listened to
