My grandma was diagnosed with cancer and I just found out last night. I also really opened up with a friend of mine last night about what has been causing my depression and PTSD. So it was certainly a tough night. Today I just feel like crying. I can't sleep, I don't feel like eating

Complete and utter failure. I'm a disappointment, I'm unlovable and I'm incapable of making others happy. A failed marriage and a failed dating relationship in six months time.

Really, really, really upset and angry. Kicked my car and made a dent because the stupid car doors are frozen and so are the locks and it doesn't start 9/10 times.

Winter needs to end now. I'm too tired for this to go on.

Well I slept really late today , plus I'm PMSing to so that does not help matters, my SO held me last night and I cried a little bit, He hates me crying but I wasn't "upset" over any thing specific just had high hormones or some thing.. Anyway just took a shower, and I got dishes to tackle here in a few mins... So I hope the day stays positive, the sun is out toady than it has in along while, as much as I like rain, the ice is what does it... oi! Hugs to All

I'm having a really hard time at the moment. I'm not sleeping well at all - I'm not sleeping longer than 30-40 minutes at a time. The nightmares are so bad. I wish I could get all this out of my head...

Bring all that has gone wrong for you to God, bear your soul to Him, and let Him put everything back in the right place. He is really good and fixing things for us if we let Him.

I feel like I'm about to pass out. Work is dragging and they decided, since there was a blizzard, to send most of our cashiers home thinking many won't be out and we end up busy. And my dad wants me in some psychiatric hospital for those with severe mental illnesses because there doesn't seem to be any improvement with me. too tired for any of this.
