sun tea again...this stuff is soooo refreshing on hot humid days

ok, here's how i make it..i take a big glass container, fill it with water, put 2-3 Red Rose tea bags in it (w/o the tags), and leave it on the counter about an hour....the SUN "brews" it (cool, huh?) and then i add 2-3 packs Stevia (to sweeten it...Stevia's GOOD for ya) and then i squeeze half a lemon in there. Then ya take a glass, put ice cubes in it, then pour that tea in there...

it's sooooo refreshing....and no boiling, which is just miserable on a hot, humid day.....

on 'plain water' I GAG & I don't drink alcohol/poison, nor coffee.

That leaves HERB-teas, and FRUIT-juices: like "Simply Orange", &
"Simply Grapefruit", & Cranberry & even darker fruits:
the bluer & blacker, the more Nutritionally-better for *you*
