My water comes from our r.o. system. Most of the time I drink that, or bottled spring water my husband brings home from work. NEVER tap water!
I only use good water for brewing coffee and cooking as well. In fact, our animals only drink good water too! What give them poisoned stuff?

I am doing a cleanse and it's time for me to get my before bed drink. It's a little unpleasant, but worth it. It has chia seed, flax seed, barley grass, wheat grass, and some other grasses. I'd like to say this -

I got through it! Tonight will be the last of 7 nights of this. Right now I'm having herbal and spice tea - cinnamon, anise, hibiscus, bilberry and gymnema to name a few.
