  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Mainly a usual Tuesday for me - went to uni for the morning and early arvo, then came home and taught piano. I found an old school diary of mine from 1999 while sifting through my tub of old music...man, it's brought back some memories of assessments I did and how I defaced a "Save the Environment" page to make it look funny ie. crossing out letters to make weird words. I sorta miss high school~ ^_^

Parent-teacher interviews!! So i had the day off! :D not that i got to relax or anything....lots of house work and homework to do, and i still have an essay to write! bah! oh and i went along to parent teacher interviews, thought it would be good considering im in yr12, and i got my math test back! :) 24.5/25....98%.....half a mark! how annoying! and its because my calculator was in degree mode instead of radians! :mad:

today i had uni.. one more day b4 a week off.. yay!! cant wait to go hme for a week... im gettin excited..

but yea, had uni today.. finished like 1hr ago now... and i am sooo tired :(

lol... bummer! great mark anyway, even with the miscalulation :)

Today I went to bible study, and helped out with our girls group at church because they were short on leaders tonight...

I got a phonecall from a friend in England tonight, so that REALLY made my day :)

ugh - I do in a way too. At least I could do what I wanted with my own time. At the moment - "my time" LOL, what's that?

got 2 hours sleep.. went to Church, spent time with my mate. played touch footy with mates from Church. came home and am about to goto bed... im stuffed.... (not stuffed by food :p ) havnt eaten much chocolate today...
am looking foreward to not going to work on a monday :) gives me time to work on my 180sx. will be stripping the interior tomorrow and rewiring the entire car (a huge job) will take afew weeks to completely finish it.. but the last owner made a real mess of the wiring. and im a very fussy person when it comes to my cars :p

LOL, the amount of times I've gone shopping and came home with something different than what I went for is beyond a joke.

I did it yesterday. Went to the supermarket for 3 things, came home with 2 of them and spent $35.00 more than I had planned (it's all stuff that was on special or whatever and we will use it but I didn't plan on getting it) and then went to do a load of washing this morning and no washing powder (the 3rd thing I went for yesterday) Just as well because rain is forecast for today. :)
