CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

baking a rhubarb dessert; did NOThave the four cups of chopped rhubarb (with a lot of sugar over it)--only one, so instead of the plain cake mix used a cranberry muffin mix, then you pour whipping cream over it mixed with a little red food coloring. Anyway, will see if it turns out okay.
Girls and I are going to bake our chilled chocolate chip cookie mix when the rhubarb is done.

Well, as of now, sitting on my hands until my son's friend's mom comes home. We lost our kitten last Sunday, and his friend and another boy came over today. I asked if they had seen a kitten and the one boy said the other kid found one and it was white. Sounds just like our kitty. She isn't home though now. I have a feeling that it's ours, but have to wait until she is home to find out......ughhhhh....I need patience.
