For work...
Beginning ASP.NET 1.1 with Visual C# .Net 2003 -- basically heavy computer programming stuff that I need to know to work on the company website.

For play...
Ancient Mysteries by Peter James & Nick Thorpe -- two guys who set out to debunk a lot of the sensationalist stuff that's out there, like "Aliens built the pyramids" or "The pyramids were built by people from Antarctica, which is actually Atlantis"... they provide some interesting possibilities for a lot of Biblical events too (I tend to see it as the possible vehicles God used to deliver his miracles :) ).

Right now, I'm reading 2 books--"The Complete Idiot's Guide to Prayer", and "The Purpose Driven Life". I bought the Idiot's Guide about a few weeks ago, and I still haven't finished it, but it's a big book, and sometimes I just don't feel like reading. Can't be like that with "Purpose Driven Life" though. :(

I can't remember if I posted this already or not..But at school we're reading Gulliver's Travels. In the past, I thought books were bad. Turns out they were pretty good. Gulliver's Travels has got to be the worst book I have ever read. No one in the entire English class can stand it. No one.

For fun, I just read The Truth About Forever for the second time by Sarah Dessen. I love her books. :)
