Dekker has nothing on C.S. Lewis, but I still found the Circle trilogy very enjoyable.

I agree completely C.S. Lewis is hard to beat! I enjoy Ted Dekker too though, although I felt like strangling him when he made Tanis drink the forbidden water and also when he had Thomas Hunter lose one of the books of histories...

Lots of stuff. But one worth trying is The Golden Dream of Carlo Chuchio by Lloyd Alexander. It is a heartwarming story in a Central Asian-like setting, instead of the Welsh-like setting of Prydain.

Couldn't get into the Lovecraft book of short stories,plus text is horrible quality,small and faded,so I am reading Nightmare by Robin Parrish about the Ghost Town Amusement Park,and loving it!
