I tend to read quite a few books at the same time, reading a couple of chapters on one and then rotate to the next... Picked it up from John Lennon.

Kiss of Heaven by Darlene Zschech

Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio

Project for the Theater by Ingmar Bergman

Respect for Acting by Uta Hagen

Macbeth by William Shakespeare

John Lennon did that, too? :)
I'm quite notorious for my reading habits, which seem to be pretty similar to yours. Aside from "Dune", I'm reading Boethius' "Consolation of Philosophy", Campbell's "Hero with a thousand faces", Milton's "Paradise Lost" and a book on meditation - and that's just what I read for the fun of it. I didn't even mention the course books that I study right now...

Yup! I read that he used to select several books and read seven pages of each. He picked it up from someone famous as well, I just can't remember who.
