I just finished "know what you believe" it was pretty good and i finished the unabriged Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas which is a huge book (1462) but completely worth it and now i'm reading Jesus Freaks Vol. II

Very nice, someone else who has read the whole Count of Monte Cristo. You should hunt down the Page of the Duke of Savoy by Dumas as well. It was great.

I think all the other stuff he's done has been rather half-bit horror stuff, but this fantasy is decent; he needs to learn how to write with better cadence though. Good plot, but needs a more refined writing style.

In addition, I am reading Josh McDowell's "The New Evidence that Demands a Verdict" Although this is more something you work your way through, than something to just read.

Also, in January I started the process of reading my Bible start-finish for the first time I am currently in Judges. (I was just saved this past summer, for the first 6 months I jumped around a lot, mostly read NT. However, it is difficult for me to understand people who have been "Christians" for 10,20,50, yrs and don't read the Bible, but that's a totally different topic.)
