We will be treating it like any other day around here. Holidays don't mean much around the Freysinger household.

Did ya grow in a house that did celebrate a lot? I did, Dad always prepared a big spread, sometimes grandparents came over. Wish I could sit down to one of his Thanksgiving dinners again:sigh:

We usually spent it at my grandparents house with all of my aunts and uncles getting together. In Delaware, we don't have much extended family. My daughter will spend it with her mother, so it will only be Shane and I around. The two of us will eat a normal dinner and spend it on the computers.

So you're not going to thaw a bird? Might as well get one hoss, you can eat on the thing for a week if it's big enough. And ya never know who might show up at your door...

They are a staple food around our house. We eat ground beef burritos, steak beef burritos and chicken burritos. Basically, if you can wrap it in a flour tortilla, we will eat it. I guess it comes from growing up in California. It is also, quick and easy. I can cook the meat and beans in the crock pot and then we only need to add the toppings.

Cool, we go through our fair share of tortillas. I prefer the corn ones but she always buys the whole wheat flour ones. She used to make them herself when she wasn't so busy.
