Hi folks! I was curious what all of you think those of us in our 20's have to look forward to in our 30's? What are the perks? The best parts of being over 30?

The little things don't bother you anymore. You realize not everything has to make you pull out your hair. (Maybe because you start losing it around 30 or so and you realize it's too precious to pull out)

Let's see, yes there are perks to getting a little older.

1. You become more comfortable being you.
2. No peer pressure.
3. You actually have money.
4. People do take you more seriously, but they expect more out of you as well.
5. Hopefully you are a little wiser....

Oh I don’t know, considering that Adam lived over 900 years, the difference between 20’s and 30’s still makes me feel like I’m holding my comfort blanket in a crib. But that’s +10 years learning of the grace and blessings of the Lord and applying them to my life so it does mean something.

Man, I know what you mean about the weekends! I know that I'm NOT missing anything, and perfectly happy to stay home with my family. But I guess I'm not searching for a date or a friend anymore, so I have no need to go out of my way to socialize! So you make a good point!

Staying at home or not probably depends more on marital status and natural introversion/extraversion than age.

Im actually waiting eagerly my 40’s like is it going to get even better? Because I didn’t like my teenage years at all, 20’s wasn’t fun either but after 30 life seems to have more meaning to me.
One thing im not waiting is health problems which come up when getting older..
