BOOKS YOU ARE READING RIGHT NOW? there are 4 or 5 sitting on my nightstand right now, waiting patiently for me to open the cover..They are:

1. Desecration

2. 5 love languages of children

3. Prayer of Jabez, Devotional

4. Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas

I've got a variety going for me! I'm just always so tired to pick up one and read.

I mostly just read the Bible and online books/information. I don't have enough time to purchase/read books in print.

My NIV study Bible
a Living Translation of the NT (interesting reading, but not good for study)
"Assassins" by LaHaye & Jenkins #6 of the "Left Behind" series
"The Crystal Shard" a fantasy book from the Icewind Dale series

Oh, and I have a cheezy romance novel that I pick up every so often to give my brain cells a break. It doesn't take any brain power to get through those little harlequin books. lol Besides, every woman nees a little cheeze now and again. Heehee........

I borrowed--or did I buy I Kissed Dating Goodbye, from my sister (hey she's getting married)
And a friend gave me The Sacred Romance.

Gosh I have like 2500+ pages to read...and its my least favorite thing to do.

What a nice thread for me to make my first post... I tend to dabble in many different types of reading, so my books may look a little out of place. Currently on my desk I have Lord of the Rings, a few books by Piers Anthony (not entirely fond of these), and a book compiling a few essays by Nietzsche (I'm sure this will win me some points on this forum =)).

anywho i like true stories. If not, action packed fantasy-sci-fi (hard to find that combination ). I don't read books that much anyway. ack!

I just read "Skipping Christmas" by John Grisham, "If You Could See What I Hear" by Kathy Buckley & some cookbooks (yes, I like to read cookbooks).

A really good friend of mine I met in an IRC chat room years ago used to work for her...he did her webpage.  It actually started out as a fan thing (because he liked her writing) but then she saw it and made him the official webmaster.  But then he got fired because someone else he knew put his e-mail address on another fan page referring to him as the guy who worked on the official webpage.  So I no like her.  heh

Right now I'm reading a book called Christian Theology...which is enough reading for me at once.  LOL.  I'm also about halfway through Les Miserables and Don Quixote.
