  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

What are Jesus' Commandments? How about the 10 Commandments?

What is your point. This is about what how God wants us to live. God doesn't want us to sin but if we do we have an advocate. Because we have an advocate it doesn't mean we just sin willfully. At least we should make an attempt to be obedient.

Oh dear:doh: You still don't get it!

When God sees and views the redeemed, legally, he sees a perfect and sinless child because we are "IN CHRIST" and we are JUSTIFIED, which means, JUST AS IF WE HAD NEVER SINNED!

Your problem is that you think God views the redeemed as you do!

Hebrews 9:26 – He did away with sin on the Cross
Hebrews 9:28 - He took away the sin of the world at the Cross
Colossians 2:13 - He forgave all sins on the Cross – past present and future
Hebrews 1:3 – God cleansed all sins on the Cross
2 Cor 5:19 - God no longer counts the world’s sins against them
Hebrews 10:17-18 – God has forgiven all sins and forgotten them.
Micah 7:19 - God has thrown all our sins into the depths of the sea.

Hence, Jesus took away sin completely at Calvary, it's done, it's complete, IT IS FINISHED, John 19:30

Your problem is that you view the redeemed as sinners and think God is upset with us. But that's far from truth, because Jesus is now our substitute and He stands in our place, 2 Cor 5:21.

You have a LOT to learn about gospel and how God legally views the saved.
