Give a few examples.

Another obvious example is your investigative judgement/ sanctuary doctrine, including an unverifiable movement of Jesus from the holy to most holy place in the heavenly sactuary in 1844 that no other theologians in the history of Christianity find in the Bible.

Give a few examples.

Another would be the fact the Sabbath was given only to the nation of Israel as a sign, and never commanded to the Christian church.

Exodus 31
The Israelites are to observe the Sabbath, celebrating it for the generations to come as a lasting covenant. 17 It will be a sign between me and the Israelites

Adventists conveniently ignore Colossions 2:
16Therefore do not let anyone judge you by what you eat or drink, or with regard to a religious festival, a New Moon celebration or a Sabbath day. 17These are a shadow of the things that were to come; the reality, however, is found in Christ.

I know you will disagree with these examples, as that is your beliefs and I respect that. Most Bible scholars who prayerfully have studied the Bible have come up with conclusions on certain doctrines that are different than what was in Ellen White's visions.

Give a few examples.

My church believes in the real presence of Jesus with the elements of the Lord's supper as is plainly stated in the Bible, and Adventists presume it is just a symbol.

Matt. 26

26While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." 27Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. 28This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins

John 6:
55For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink.

1 Cor. 11
27Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. 28A man ought to examine himself before he eats of the bread and drinks of the cup. 29For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself.

I need not sat anything.

I really didn't want to go here. Don't you believe me that virtually all denominations believe they are following the Bible as close as possible? I guess you asked for it.

For one, there are about 6 places in the new testament that says the clean/unclean food laws are done away with, and Adventiists choose to ignore or try to explain them away.

I would agree with this about the unclean food laws, and worth noting that even when they were in effect, it was only applicable to Jews.

I think that the "last supper" was indeed just a symbol of Jesus giving his life for sin. I think all churches have taken that and made it into something of a tradition. The Bible never actually instructs us to reenact that event in any way.

You are not alone in believing this, you could well be right. The Bible does say do this in rememberance of me, though.

I don't mind some traditions, as long as they are not held as salvational, or are themselves against the Gospel.

Adventist will not contradict any of Mrs. White's doctrinal statements. I have a real problem with a church who thinks they have a special messager from God who is their interpreter of Scripture.
Looks like you would have hated being an Israelite. Or a gentile post Crucifixion for that matter.

They are quite law oriented, -snip-.

And here I was thinking we were bible oriented...go figure.

We have the Holy Spirit and the Bible to guide us now. I see no indication in the Bible that there will be a latter day prophet to set Christianity strait from gross error.

You are Bible oriented, as long as the doctrine gathered from it agrees with what Mrs. White wrote. :)

Why were they only applicable to the Jews when God had classified clean and unclean animals in the time of the flood even before Abraham was born?

The clean and unclean animal distinction before the flood must have been of ceremonial nature for sacrifices, as animal were not given for food for people until after the flood. It is then said that all animals shall be food for us. I will quote the Scripture if you want me to.

So God done even want them for sacrifice but we can eat them? Even science have proven that they are not good to eat.
Ias. 66:17 They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one [tree] in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD

Why don't you eat dogs and rats and roaches and lice?

I don't neeed to use emotional exagerations to make my point. The Bible plainly says:

1 Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth. 2 The fear and dread of you will fall upon all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands. 3 Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.

Yes, that includes dogs and rats and lice if we so choose. Yuck! ;) Thankfully it doesn't say we have to eat those!

I do believe ricker is right about this, and I agree. In the old testament, God was only dealing with Jews, and this is when these laws were being practiced. Nobody else at these times abided by any such laws who were not Jewish. Once God did start dealing with gentiles in the new testament, you do not hear of these laws being followed either.

I came to Seventh Day Adventism without Ellen White and will remain one with or without her. The doctrine of the SDA are not dependent on her but on God's word.

It depends on which SDA church you are attending. I went to one where they didn't open up the Bible once but preached from her books.

Sounds like you attended a service of a group called the shephards rod, which arn't seventh-day adventists but do revere the writings of Ellen White.
